I have been involved in martial arts since 1963, starting with Kenpo under direct teaching of Guru Ed Parker. In Kenpo I met Sifu Larry Hartsell. At the time he had begun his training at Bruce Lee’s Chinatown school.
Through the years I have studied under great martial artists. Sifu Larry was my true mentor. Aside from the subtle energy of Wing Chun and JKD, we explored the Filipino arts, Grappling and the inner, esoteric, aspects of the arts. The tools of his instruction are now available for Sifu Larry’s students to own and keep the memories alive for a lifetime. John Doty
